TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net/villa/night, quoted in USD, and inclusive of welcome drinks, welcome fridge, return airport transfers, and daily American breakfasts for up to 8 persons.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Easter Week;
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8 (xmas & new year period).
3. Reservation Procedure
   All enquiries are handled on first come/first payment received basis
   All reservations must be made in writing via email or fax
4. Minimum Stay
   Low season : 3 nights
   High season : 5 nights
   Peak season : 7 nights
5. Check in/out time
   Check-in time : after 13:00
   Check-out time : before 12:00 In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 16:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 16:00.
