TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Airport-pick up service upon arrival
   - Refreshing welcome drinks, fruits and cold towels upon arrival
   - Free use cellular phone for guests during stay
   - Free WIFI internet connection
   - Butler and cook service until 11 pm. Extension hour is IDR 100.000/hour
   - Daily car (7 seats) with driver for 8 hours a day (excluded petrol). Extension hour at IDR 50.000/hour
   Rates do not include breakfast.
   All rates are subject to 15,5% government tax & service charge.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31 & September 1 - 15.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 & December 20 - January 10.
3. Reservation Procedure
   All enquiries are handled on first come/first payment received basis
   All reservations must be made in writing via email or fax
4. Minimum Stay
   Low season : 5 nights
   High season : 7 nights
   Peak season : 7 nights
5. Extra Person
   Rate based on maximum 8 persons occupancy, however 1 extra room is applicable to accommodate extra 2 persons at additional charge of USD 85 net/night.
6. Check in/out time
   Check-in time : after 13:00
   Check-out time: before 12:00 In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 16:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 16:00.
